Something I purchased is now on sale. Can I receive a price adjustment?

Unfortunately, due to the overall high demand for merchandise and availability issues, we do not currently allow for price adjustments.

I have seen something advertised but can’t find it on your site?

If we've stated in our caption that this is a new collection that's dropping soon, this may not be on the site just yet. You can sign up for notifications on our social pages by hitting the BELL icon on our profile. This means you'll be notified as soon as we post, so you're the first to know when this piece hits the website! Alternatively, some items are discontinued and removed from the site if they are limited edition or old stock.If you're unsure whether the item you wish to purchase is a new release, you can contact us with a screenshot.

What do I do if my discount code isn't working?

Please note that our discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or promotions, and there may be exclusions including New In and Sale. Depending on the code, there may also be an expiry date. If you are still having issues, please Contact us and include a screenshot of your basket and the error message you're seeing

Who do I contact if my card has been used fraudulently?

We are really sorry if your card has been used fraudulently on our site. Please trust our team will do everything we can to help you out with this. Please get in touch below with the following information:
•The last 4 digits of your card
•Card type (ie. Visa/Mastercard)
•Total amount charged
•Date/time of charge
•Full name & billing address the card is registered to

How do I know if my Order has been placed Successfully?

You will get an automatic email saying your order has been processed. Once the order has been sent to you, you will get another email saying your order has been despatched and we will give you the tracking ID to follow up your shipment

How do I know when my order will arrived?

Once you're at checkout you'll have an ETA for each of the products you order. The ETA may differ between products depending on where they're located and the shipping method you've selected.

Can I make changes to an order?

If you have received a shipping confirmation email from us, this means that we will unfortunately be unable to make any changes to your order at this point. Once you've received your order, you can refuse it upon delivery or send it back for a refund. If you are yet to receive a shipping confirmation email from us, we may still be able to make changes to your order. Please get in touch below with the following info:

•A screenshot of your confirmation email
•Your full name and email address
•The order amendment you are requesting
Please note, if you are requesting a change of items in your order, please specify the original item you would like to remove as well as the item name, size and colour you would like to replace this with. Any item changes must be equal to or less than the value of the item currently in your order. Our team will do their best to amend this for you before your order leaves our warehouse, however please be aware that this cannot be guaranteed.

How much is Shipping?

Free Standard shipping on orders $75+ within U.S. No code necessary, Free shipping option will appear at checkout.Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

How do I know when my order will arrive?

Once you're at checkout you'll have an ETA for each of the products you order. The ETA may differ between products depending on where they're located and the shipping method you've selected.

How long does Shipment take?

Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing. At checkout, select the shipment method of your choice.
US Orders: Standard shipping (2-5 business days) once shipped. *Free for orders over $75International and Canadian Orders:
1. UPS First class mail (14-30 business days) *This option will only appear if your order weighs under four pounds.
2. UPS Priority mail (6-21 business days)
3. UPS Express Mail (5-10 business days)*All international packages may be processed through customs regulations which may cause a slight delay with processing times.
